The system is designed for reactive glues with two-component abrasive materials. Basic features: • A variety of sizes of bores can meet different proportions of glue production requirements • The positive-displacement piston metering structure ensures the consistency of the A/B output and the ratio is completely guaranteed by the inner diameter of the cylinder. • Integral directional valve avoids the lack of a float check valve. • A very large amount of glue can be made with one stroke and it also means extremely low wear. • Stainless steel body, PTFE seal and nickel plated components ensure long-term excellent performance of the system, even in the face of abrasive materials. • Can be controlled manually or automatically • Coaxial structure layout glue is always isolated before entering the mixing tube • Use a disposable static mixing tube and no cleaning is required. • Can be fed by pressure tank or pumped from 5-55 gallon drums Model 9450 - Single Travel Metering System Option: • grating ruler- For applications where the accuracy of the glue injection is high, the positioning accuracy of the scale can be up to 0.0008''. • Pump - Different sizes of delivery pumps can be used for 5-55 gallon drums, and platen pumps for high viscosity materials. • Feed tank- Vacuum deaeration-2-30 gallons optional-Up to 150oF maximum-Agitator-Nitrogen protection interface-Level control • Heated delivery tube - up to 20 feet Other options: • System Integration - Provides glue injection communication interface • Handling trolleys - to meet your application needs and facilitate the long-distance transportation of tanks |
